Кто мне внятно объяснит что такое легенсы? Я думал что это некое подобие лосинов обтягивающих))). Но девушка сказала что я жгу). Дамы что же такое легенсы?

Once you have added a recipe by using the Recipes menu on the left sidebar (below the Posts menu) you can come back here and insert that recipe into your post.
If you have the premium version of this plugin you can see which recipes have already been posted and much more.
